The palate is silky, with a tender texture with a substantial fruity presence, mirroring the aroma with a balanced blend of fruit, spice, and earthy notes. The finish is pleasing, showcasing savoury and earthy tones characteristic of a fine Martinborough Pinot.

While delightful at present, this wine promises to reach new heights of flavour with a few years of aging and will continue to drink well for many years ahead. Very moreish.
