Pepperjack Shiraz has been a firm favourite on both sides of the ditch for a number of years. Those that love their reds big, bold and rich won’t be disappointed here. This is what you’d call pretty much the classic modern Barossa style! 

We’ve always loved this wine with a juicy slab of peppered steak but Richard, the Pepperjack winemaker, has a soft spot for Adam North’s beef cheeks! Wait, what?!
