A classic Central Otago Pinot Noir. Ripe dark fruits, sweet spice and soft supple tannins. It's on the fuller bodied side of Pinot Noir with a very plush, soft palate. Intense wine with concentrated cassis/blackcurrant, five spice, dark chocolate and smoky oak flavours. A thread of vibrant acidity gives the wine energy. Blended to create a Pinot Noir, quintessentially Central Otago, succulent and savoury, playful and polished. Made by Maude*.
