The Grand Breuil VSOP Cognac is a wonderful example of how great such a quality of Cognac can be. Smooth, light, and extremely mellow, it offers delightful flavours and aromas of red fruits and vanilla, along with the delicacy and complexity of candied ginger and vine peach. This delightful creation by Tessendier brothers, Jerome and Lilian, not only offers excellent value for money, but is a truly versatile Cognac to own. It certainly holds its head high when being enjoyed neat - and the connoisseur will appreciate it in the traditional manner, as a digestif. However, in the 21st century it's certainly not necessary to restrict ways to enjoy such a great Cognac. Trying it over ice will release further, subtle different flavours. Or it could even be combined in your favourite cocktail as yet another way to taste it. However you like to drink it, it's sure to be enjoyable...
